I was born in 1973 and grew up in a wonderful supportive community in Ontario Canada.

I am a survivor of the 70's-80's-90's-2000's, a true gen Xer. I never lost sight of the power of music and family and friends, no matter what life threw at me.

I am excited to share my impactful experiences in music and life's lessons via my podcast and YouTube channel  and other new projects, with you.
